When should I send my samples to the hub?

In 2025, product samples will only be accepted starting from June. The exact address of the hubs where you can send the samples will be provided in a separate email to each company that has submitted a nomination. Since the arrival of samples may take a few weeks, please begin sending the samples to the addresses specified in the notification email, along with the indicated quantities, as soon as you receive it. Please send the samples via an international courier service such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS if possible, or your local courier service. Don’t forget to include an invoice with a nominal value of USD 1. On the invoice, please indicate “samples without commercial value, not for resale,” “award nomination,” and “free of charge.”

How sample packages should be prepared?

Samples should be packaged in a way not to suffer any harm during delivery. Award Management team is not responsible for such damages, which might affect the jury’s decision. Original company or brand packaging is required, products should not be anonymous.
