Nadja Swarovski is considered as one of the top 500 people in the world shaping the ⏠2 trillion fashion industry. She is the first female member of Swarovski Groupâs executive board, and leads the global brand strategy and communications of the group, with 2018 revenues of over ⏠3,5 billion. She also heads up the company's Sustainability strategy and is Chairperson of the Swarovski Foundation. Over the past 20 years, Nadja has driven a program of collaborations between the Swarovski brand and leading figures in fashion and jewelry, design and architecture, and stage and screen and as a result, she managed to position the company at the vanguard of creative and lifestyle trends. She herself is considered as being a leading patron of creativity as well.
Building on Daniel Swarovski's founding principles of doing business in a way that respects the wellbeing of people and the planet, she has steered the company in the direction of designing and manufacturing luxury goods that prioritize sustainable and ethical practices.
As a result, in addition to her holistic approach for wellbeing and beauty, innovation and creativity, Nadja will have a special eye on sustainable companies and brands nominated, since one of GBWAâs priority is to honour top-of-class sustainable businesses and brands.
Aseem Puri
Chief Marketing Officer Unilever International, CEO Unilever Korea
As the CMO of Unilever International, Aseem Puri leads the companyâs marketing, innovation and digital communication globally. He manages brand building for a billion dollar portfolio of some 100 global brands. In addition, Aseem is Unileverâs CEO in Korea and leads the P&L for South Asia, Southeast Asia and North Asia for Unilever International.
During his rich brand leadership experience across India, China and SouthEast Asia he had a track record of doubling / tripling brands largely through brand innovations. Aseem is an award winner top executive, a preferred public speaker, a marketing trainer, motivator, the author of several articles and a teacher in major business schools globally with a track record of training over 5000 professionals in marketing skills across leading international marketing forums.
He is considered as one of the worldâs top 100 marketing professionals and as such, he will be a genuine authority to assess brand innovations being one of the most innovative marketing leaders himself
Henrik Mansson

Henrik brings more than 20 years of experience from international hospitality, luxury goods, lifestyle brands and management consulting. He is a Board Member of the iconic ICEHOTEL and former European HR Director of Moët Hennessy, the wine and spirits division of LVMH. Prior to this, he was SVP HR in charge of HR globally for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and member of the executive committee responsible for 100 hotels and 14,000 employees in 29 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa & Asia.
At Le MĂ©ridien Hotels & Resorts, he was in charge of HR, quality and the customer experience across the its European portfolio. He has a deep passion for business, culture transformation, quality and innovation. In his current capacity, he supports organizations with crafting and implementing tailored customer experiences, shaping culture and driving change.
Henrik is a Swedish national and has lived and worked in London, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark and Sweden. His hobby is: Paddle boarding, traveling and music. He is currently practicing for his sixth Marathon. He will be an open-minded, analytic and straight to the point Jury member with a special sense on how the hospitality and luxury goods industries work in a customer centric way.
Ana Linares
Top beauty, fashion and hotel blogger New York/Miami
Ana Linares is a leading social media blogger, photographer and designer specialized on luxury hotel and fashion photoshootings. She has over 180.000 Instagram followers and now either travels around the globe or makes photoshootings for top hotels and major NYC fashion labels with a home base between NY and Miami.
As an award winning product designer from MoMA, the Museum of Modern Art, she exhibited her work before in many major design venues around the world the NYC Furniture Fair and London Design Week. Prior to that she worked in product development and design for Ralph Lauren Home in NYC. She is one of the very few on a global basis with such a unique experience in design, wellness, luxury lifestyle and the world of top hotels, which makes her a creative and reputable authority in both, the wellness hotel and the beauty packaging awards jury teams.
Arie Yom-Tov
Global property investor, shareholder & developer of the Le Meridien Hotels in CE Europe
Arie Yom-Tov is a high profile Israeli businessman and property investor operating in Europe for over 30 years. He has a special affinity for hotels, he was a major shareholder and developer of the Le Meridien Hotel, now Ritz Carlton in Budapest for 14 years. He transformed an old Bauhaus building, of 15,000 m2, to one of the nicest 5 star deluxe hotels in Europe with 221 rooms and suites. He has a passion for quality and art and is always working on new hotel development projects in Asia and in Europe.
At the same time, he is enriching his property portfolio with various other development projects, too. He travelled to over 25 countries in the world, ruthlessly screening the world's best wellness hotels. Arie is a big fan of horses, having some over 100 of sport dressage horses sportprohorses.com. Marco Monfils
VP Marketing Household, Reckitt Benckiser, North America
Marco is a former VP Marketing Household for RB (Reckitt Benckiser) North America and Professor of Marketing at CEU (Central European University) and Corvinus Universityâs Executive MBA program. He was earlier Marketing Director for RB South Korea, Hungary/Romania and prior to that, Head of Marketing for Unileverâs Household Regional Innovation Centre Central & East Europe. He has advised startups, SMEâs, multinationals and professional talents on branding, innovation, communication and competitive strategy.
Marco is well versed in the complexities of beauty, personal care, hygiene and health related solutions, having spent much of his career marketing such products in Europe, Asia Pacific, North and South America. His current work emphasis lies in empowering consumers to vote for societally good companies with their wallets, and humanityâs continued involvement with strategic decision-making as we head into the singularity and beyond.
Ivana Pur
Ex R&D Manager at LâOreal, Founder of Living Pur, Clean Beauty Expert
Ivana Pur is a Chemical Engineer and Cosmetic Scientist with Masters Degree from NYU, and a founder of Living Pur - Clean Beauty Consulting firm and blog about Science of Nontoxic Living. She has 10 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, including working as a Manager in LâOrĂ©al Research and Development Division, where she also led acquisitions and mergers of fast-growing, emerging beauty brands. She holds several patents for cosmetic formulations. Ivana brings unique scientific knowledge of the beauty industry, with special expertise in clean and sustainable beauty, innovative ingredients and packaging. Through Living Pur her mission is to empower consumers to make informed and safe choices, and to push for science, sustainability, and transparency in the beauty industry. Based in NYC, Ivana was voted in 100 most successful Serbian expats by a major Serbian publication. She is a product design and art collector, and a spokesperson For Girls In Science initiative. With her unique skill set, Ivana will be an invaluable jury member to assess science-based, innovative, natural, and sustainable beauty brands.
Karim Rashid
Visionary and prolific, Karim Rashid is one of the most unique voices in design today. With more than 4000 designs in production, over 300 awards to his name, and client work in over 40 countries, Karimâs ability to transcend typology continues to make him a force among designers of his generation. His award- winning designs include democratic objects such as the ubiquitous Garbo waste can and Oh! Chair for Umbra, interiors for Morimoto restaurant, Philadelphia and Semiramis hotel, Athens, and exhibitions for Corian and Pepsi. Karim has collaborated with clients to create democratic design for Method and Dirt Devil, furniture for Artemide and Magis, brand identity for Citibank and Hyundai, high-tech products for LaCie and Samsung, and luxury goods for Veuve Clicquot and Swarovski, to name a few. Karimâs work is featured in 20 permanent collections and he exhibits art in galleries worldwide. Karim is a perennial winner of the Red Dot award, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design award, Interior Design Best of Year Award, and IDSA Industrial Design Excellence Award. Karim is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and conferences, globally disseminating the importance of design in everyday life.
Christiane Seidel
Christiane Seidel is a Danish-German-American actress and producer. She is known to audiences worldwide for her roles in Netflix's award-winning series, THE QUEEN'S GAMBIT and GODLESS as well as HBOâs BOARDWALK EMPIRE from executive producer Martin Scorsese. Christiane is a partner and producer at RED ROPE PRODUCTIONS and has produced several short films that have screened at Academy Qualifying and international film festivals with numerous wins and nominations. She served as the Producing Director for the SCANDINAVIAN AMERICAN THEATER COMPANY in New York that presents award-winning Scandinavian plays in the US.
Throughout her years of spending hours in hair and makeup chairs on productions ranging from micro- to multimillion-dollar budgets, Christiane has been introduced to countless beauty, skincare, and hair products. It is here that she developed a passion for clean and nontoxic skincare that can support, protect, prep, and heal the skin from wearing makeup for up to 16 hours in often harsh conditions. In collaboration with the on-set makeup artists, she often chooses and develops the optimal combination of products that work for specific weather, lighting, and makeup demands as well as experiments with new brands and products. Christianeâs priority in life and at work is to always seek out the most sustainable, clean, and non-toxic option.
The jury has up to 10 members of unquestionable integrity. They come from several continents representing all relevant industries. Their name is public. They did not know each other before. They will vote separately from each other electronically in one or more categories, relevant for their experience. In case electronic voting leads to no result, members involved will have a personal discussion to facilitate a final decision.
Before the jury makes a final decision, further jury members pre-screen nominations. They will vote electronically only. Any external influence on their decisions is impossible, since their name is not public.
All jury members are representing top quality in their profession. Judges are beauty, cosmetics, FMCG and hotel industry association leaders, former or current global directors of blue-chip beauty companies and top bloggers. They are not allowed to vote in case a nomination is coming from their current or past employer or if the nomination can be associated in any way with their current professional duties.
