Important Shipping Requirement – International Parcels

For all shipments arriving from overseas countries (including but not limited to Asia, Australia, USA and other non-EU regions), parcels must be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

GBWA is not able to:

• handle customs clearance procedures
• pay import duties, VAT or brokerage fees
• assume responsibility for customs-related administrative processes

All customs arrangements and any associated costs must be fully handled and covered by the sender.

Parcels shipped under DAP, CIF, or any non-DDP terms may unfortunately be refused.

We kindly ask all participating brands to coordinate this requirement with their courier before dispatch.

Product samples must be delivered within the official sample reception period.
Samples sent outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

To complete your nomination, please submit five samples per nominated product as follows:

• Beauty & Cosmetics: 4 samples to our EU (Hungary) hub and 1 sample to our US hub

• Dietary Supplements, Organic Food & Beauty Devices: all 5 samples to our EU (Hungary) hub only

Kindly ensure that product samples are shipped according to the category-based instructions outlined above.

All samples submitted to the jury must be identical to the commercially available product.
Single or expired samples are not accepted.

The final deadline for receiving product samples is August 31, 2026.
Samples arriving after this date cannot be accepted.
